Healthy and Quick Breakfast Option for Students on the Go

Skipping breakfast is one of the worse habits university students seem to share. Students often wake up late and rush off to class without eating breakfast, which as we all know is the most important meal of the day. These easy, quick, and healthy no-bake oatmeal bites provide a yummy option for busy students.

No Bake Oatmeal Bites

Ingredients:

· 1 cup (237 mL) rolled oats

· ½ cup (118 mL) chocolate chips

· ½ cup (118 mL) peanut butter

· 1/3 cup (79 mL) raw honey

· ¼ cup (59 mL) ground flaxseed

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Scoop out teaspoon sized scoops with a spoon and roll into round balls. Lay them on a baking sheet and freeze for an hour to set. These oatmeal bites can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator to grab on the go!
